Electricity, hot water, heating and broadband access are included in the price.
From March to October, we operate a minimum booking policy of one week or 7 nights. Changeover day is Sunday in high season. (To best coincide with the ferry timetable).
Well behaved dogs are welcome but please have them under control at all times as there may be livestock around the croft.
A deposit of £100 is payable on booking and the balance is payable 30 days before you begin your stay. please see our full terms & conditions, available to download here.

The landline telephone is active, should you wish to accept incoming calls. The number is in the information sheet. Outgoing calls should only be made in the event of an emergency.
Mobile phone reception from most of the main mobile networks is available on Barra. Orange/EE is by far the most extensive though. Others such as Vodaphone and o2 are variable.
